MetLife has launched a new administration platform for customers with 2-99 eligible lives. This page contains the implementation paperwork required for installing NEW customers onto the new Small Business Solutions platform.
IMPORTANT: Please continue to use legacy implementation paperwork available on your “home” page when adding new coverages to existing MetLife customers who were NOT originally installed on the SBS platform. Currently, the implementation paperwork available on this page may only be used for customers that are New to MetLife and placed on the SBS platform.
